Principle Responsibilities

  • Manage donor contact scheduling for the President, Director of Development and Campaigners
  • Coordinate and improve Friends of the Earth's donor relationships
  • Generate regional prospect lists for cultivation trips made by donor solicitors.
  • Assist in the implementation of all special gift campaigns.
  • Enter major donor and prospect contacts in the database.
  • Assist in hand addressing and compiling special appeals to select major donors under the direction of the President’s Executive Assistant
  • Collaborate with other Development team members in planning and strategy for donor engagement actions.
  • Hand-enter special gifts and pledges.
  • Assist in coordinating regional donor trips and planning.
  • Prepare major gift acknowledgments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years fundraising experience
  • Experience with Raiser's Edge or other database software

Desired Skills

  • Excellent telephone, writing and personal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
