Gift memberships

A gift of $25 or more entitles your friend or relative to full membership benefits, including a year long subscription to the Friends of the Earth newsmagazine, the right to vote in our annual election, invitations to special events, and the knowledge that they are part of the fight to build a healthy and just world.

Tribute and memorial gifts

Tribute and memorial gifts are a thoughtful way to honor someone special or remember someone who has passed away.  When you give we will send a card to the person you specify, telling them of your gift and how it will affect the work Friends of the Earth does to help our planet and the people who depend on it.

Gifts of stocks and securities

You can also choose to support Friends of the Earth through stocks and retirement accounts. When you donate appreciated stock, instead of paying taxes, you can receive a sizable charitable deduction and the satisfaction of knowing you are helping to protect our environment. Matching gifts

Many employers, as part of their employee benefits package, will match donations made by employees to charitable organizations. Check with your personnel office to see whether your company has a matching gift program. If it does, your gift to protect the environment could have twice the impact!

If you’re a federal employee, you can support Friends of the Earth by participating in the Combined Federal Campaign. Look for Friends of the Earth -- CFC #12067 -- in your campaign catalog.
